Well, I made it back to the gym today after a few months off. Not because of laziness but because of a medical thing.
I joined Butterfly Life in February and I really liked it, but when I worked out, a few hours later I would feel fatigued to the point of nausea and wooziness! It got to the point that I couldn't dance much either. That's when I started getting concerned!
Long story short, it was discovered that I was severely deficient in vitamin D!!!!
So now, after a few months of massive RX doses, my vitamin D level is back to normal and I decided to give the gym another try.
I DID IT! It went well and I'm feeling fine.
This chubby chickadee is going to get fit and fabulous!
