So I call my Mom to wish her a Happy MD today and she asks me, "So how much is that Bird Camera thingy you want?" I tell her and she says "I'm putting a check in the mail for you tomorrow". WOW!!! Now that's a GREAT surprise! I tried to talk her out of it, but she's 76 and stubborn so it was no use. She wants me to bring it over to her house as soon as I get it to capture some of her birds. And maybe that nutria that has been showing up occasionally.
She said since my guy broke up with me again (3 strikes - he's out!!) she wanted to do something for me. I don't know if that makes me pathetic or what, but I'll TRY to cheer up when the BirdCam arrives. heehee
